The company did not participate in the design or initial construction of the hotel.
We received the hotel in unfinished form, without technical documentation, architect, contractors or materials.
The drawings and engineering networks were restored, construction, supplies of materials were organized, new systems, including fire-fighting systems, were designed and installed.
Professional equipment for restaurant and kitchen were installed. Sauna was built.
The project was finalized.
The hotel was put into operation, including building, plumbing and fire inspection.
The hotel has been in operation continuously since 2015.
