The site was found by our company, enlarged with a neighboring one, added its own island opposite the villa. And it is formed as a single real estate. The buildings are inscribed in the existing landscape. The road is laid, the layout of the courtyard and the inner paths is made.
Together with the customer, the main building, a guest house and a coastal sauna have been designed, all communications have been made in accordance with the latest environmental requirements.
Explosive work amounted to about 1000 m3.
The buildings are made of glued timber Kontio.
The villa is finished in 2016.
